with bootys and biceps, we set out to design a program that was all encompassing from start to finish. this means if you are a complete beginner, the workouts are scaled to you and will progressively give you new challenges that keep your body changing! if you are a strength & power athlete or fitness buff, this program will also meet you at your level. be prepared for new improvements in strength, endurance, muscle tone, and proprioceptive muscular efficiency.

this program works by addressing the root of athletic strength and conditioning in a progressive manner. phase 1: enhance preconception, core strength and stability, and correct any injury or muscular balance/control issues present. Phase 2: build a solid base of strength and conditioning with classic compound moves and quality aerobic training. Phase 3: high intensity progressive training with exciting new techniques and strategies to bring your fitness and health to peak levels. bootys and biceps is a progressive program based on the science of stress response. exercise is a stress stimulus, and is treated as such. you will train hard, and brief, and with the perfectly tuned frequency (in conjunction with a sound nutrition plan on your part) you will see the results!

F.A.Q.

Q: Do you have to pay the total cost of the class up front to join the on site class?

A: No, $99 payments are drawn out of your account every 1st or 15th of the month for the duration of the class season. (3 month contract)

Q: Do you need access gym to perform the program on your own using access to the online program, or the program series, or can I do this with the use of home equipment?

A: It is highly recommended that you utilize a commercial gym or facility. The program was designed for users that have access to a full gym, however if you have plenty of your own equipment, you may be able to do the full program at home (with some exercise modification when necessary). Safety is also of primary concern; you will be performing heavy squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. For this reason, never attempt this program alone, rather with a spotter or another willing participant.

Q: If I purchase the online program, how long will I have access?

A: If you pay for the online program, you will have access to the website for life! However if you choose the program series option you will only have access to the website for as long as you make your monthly payments. The on-site class runs for 3 months, during which you will have access to the website for the entirety of the class. In all cases, you will have access to the downloadable program, which you can keep and store forever!

Q: Will this program help me lose fat or gain muscle?

A: Both! While the program is designed to help add more strength and muscle tissue, another benefit is a heightened metabolism, which will lead to fat loss. However; The Muscle Shack would like to make clear: results are dependent on the individual's motivation, adherence to scheduled workouts, workout intensity, and proper nutrition.

Q: Is there any sort of money back guarantee on this program?

A: The Muscle Shack does not offer any sort of money back guarantee on our products. However we are extremely confident that our program can work for you.
